IMPORTANT!

Our Guests are important. As always, our boats are cleaned and sanitized after every rental. Our rentals are private. This means that only your group will be on a boat during the rental.

Our picnic area is provided for our guests as they wait to board their boats. When people check in, they wait in our picnic area. Oftentimes there are children in that area that can see and hear conversations. Please be respectful to those around you by limiting the use of profanity.

There is a Six (6) Person maximum on the 18ft pontoon and a Ten (10) person max on the 22ft pontoon. This is the total number of bodies on the boat including children, infants, and adults.

Please do not show up with more people than stated above. Our staff cannot make exceptions and it puts them in a difficult situation, especially when trying to check in other Guests. If your group has more than the maximum persons allowed, we cannot let your group out and we will not refund any money paid.

As a valued customer, we would like to make you aware of our changes for 2018.

Chicago Boat Rentals will not longer advertise or sell boat rentals via Groupon. However, if you have an unused Groupon voucher, we will be happy to honor it for the price purchased. Simply send your unused voucher to chicagoboatrentals@gmail.com and we will honor the price paid towards another rental. We will continue to offer our boat rentals at regular price and offer discounts throughout the year via email and Facebook. Keep an eye out for those discount codes!
