The safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority. Weather conditions on the water can change quickly and may differ from published forecasts.

Chicago Boat Rentals reserves the sole right to determine whether weather conditions are safe for boating and whether a reservation must be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather. Customers may not cancel based solely on a weather forecast or predicted conditions.

If Chicago Boat Rentals cancels a reservation due to unsafe weather or water conditions, guests will be offered one of the following:

• A rescheduled reservation, subject to availability, or
• A Chicago Boat Rentals gift card for the full value of the reservation.

Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Light rain, cloudy conditions, cooler temperatures, or forecasted weather alone do not automatically constitute unsafe boating conditions. Chicago Boat Rentals will make all weather-related decisions based on actual conditions and safety considerations at the time of the reservation.
